If your citation requires a court appearance and you do not appear as scheduled, the Court may issue a warrant under applicable law.

Special Cases and Specialized Programs
No Insurance Violations
These are traffic misdemeanors requiring court appearance unless dismissed beforehand. If you had valid insurance at the time of the violation, you may submit proof—such as a letter from your insurance company verifying coverage on that date—for the Court’s review. Confirm the Court received and dismissed the violation before your court date.
Active Warrants
Appear in-person at 8 a.m. on Tuesday mornings. Arrivals after 8:30 a.m. must return another day. First-time failures to appear may file a Motion for rescheduling.
