The City of Fort Collins offers monthly parking permits for garages and surface lots in and around Downtown. We also issue permits for special uses like construction and public events.
We offer permits for:
- Three parking garages: Civic Center, Old Town and Firehouse Alley
- Four surface lots: Mason, Oak/Remington, Jefferson, and Olive
All parking garages have no gates and feature real-time signage and lights to guide drivers to available spaces.
Note: Your license plate is your permit. Be sure your vehicle information is up to date to avoid citations.
Permit Availability
Permits are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If no permits are available, you can join a waitlist.
