The Residential Parking Permit Program (RP3) helps reduce on-street parking congestion in designated Fort Collins neighborhoods. It protects residential parking availability by limiting non-resident parking during certain hours.
Most RP3 zones allow non-residents to park once per day per zone for up to two hours. RP3 permit holders can park in any legal parking space in their designated RP3 zone at any time and without time limit. Always check posted signs for special restrictions.
This webpage provides general compliance information for the City's RP3 Program to help you understand parking conditions and requirements. It's not a substitute for legal advice. You're responsible for following all applicable laws and regulations.
