FCTV provides live and on-demand video coverage of City and County meetings, events, public service announcements, educational series and more. Available on Comcast channels 14 and 881, AppleTV, Roku and Connexion. 

Cable Franchise

The City has a non-exclusive cable franchise agreement in effect with the local subsidiary of Comcast Corporation. It became effective on November 1, 2025, and will end on October 31, 2035.
