This is a request for a Project Development Plan to construct a QuikTrip convenience store and gas station at the southwest corner at the intersection of South College Avenue and Drake Road. The project proposes a 6,500 square foot convenience store with eight (8) fuel pumps and several electric vehicle (EV) charging spaces. Site improvements include a plaza space, walkway improvements, parking and landscaping. Vehicular access will be provided from both West Drake Road and South College Avenue.
The property is located within the General Commercial (CG) and Transit-Oriented Development Overlay (TOD) zone districts. The proposal is a permitted use in this district and is subject to an Administrative Hearing.
