Produced three times per year (Spring, Summer, and Fall/Winter) to correspond with seasonal program registration, the Recreator is available to the community online with limited print copies available at Recreation centers.

Registering for recreation programs is easy! You can register online through our WebTrac platform, in person at a Recreation center, or over the phone. For the fastest service, online registration is highly recommended.

Online registration is the best and easiest way to enroll in your preferred classes on registration day. To register online, follow the steps below:
*If you created an account online instead of in person, your username is likely different from your Household ID number. If you need help logging in to your account, call 970-221-6655 or visit us in person before registration day to confirm your account details.

Please note: In person registration may experience long wait times on registration day. Registering online is the fastest and most efficient way to enroll in your preferred programs.

Please note: Phone coverage is limited on registration day. Callers should expect at least 24 hours before messages will be returned.
Are you a WebTrac user? Log in to your household account before registration and review your household members. Pro tip: ensure birth dates are listed accurately for ease of registration. Need help adding household members? Call 970-221-6655 to speak with any front desk representative to update your account.
Do you know the activity number of the program(s) you are interested in? Type the activity number into the activity search bar at the top of the WebTrac homepage.
When using the Activity Search function, type in the Keyword Search box in the sidebar to look up programs using search terms like "clay" to find pottery-related programs or "cooking" for culinary classes. To further narrow down your search, use the Subtype filter to only see programs geared toward a specific demographic.
Add programs to your Wishlist for easy selection when registration opens. View your Wishlist in the top right corner of WebTrac under "My Account."
Due to the high volume of traffic online during registration, users often experience delays or long wait times online. If you are experiencing a long processing time, do not refresh your browser or use the back button until the transaction goes through. This will ensure you don’t lose your place in line or restart the registration process.
