This page collects the standards, forms, checklists and contacts contractors need to plan, design and build public utilities in Fort Collins — including electric, water, wastewater and stormwater.
These standards and forms outline the requirements for planning, designing, and building City utility infrastructure. Use them when preparing plans and submittals for electric, water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Documents on this page are provided for printing purposes. For assistance viewing or reading these documents, please contact the City's ADA Coordinator via email adacoordinator@fortcollins.gov or phone: 970-416-4254.
