The City is replacing a failing culvert beneath Trilby Road at Fossil Creek.
Expect a full closure of Trilby Road beginning March 16, 2026 between Saint Thomas Drive and Southridge Greens Boulevard (between South Lemay Avenue and South Timberline Road) during construction on this project. Traffic on Trilby between Lemay and Timberline should detour to Harmony Road or Carpenter Road (State Highway 392).
The Power Trail and Fossil Creek Trail will remain open during the work.

Trilby is expected to re-open between Lemay and Timberline on Aug. 19, 2026.
Construction will last from February through August 2026, weather pending.
