One of Fort Collins’ newer neighborhood parks, Sugar Beet Park is named after the giant beet-inspired play structure it’s built around. The park also offers picnic shelters for gatherings, a beautiful pollinator garden and the “Hand That Feeds” sculpture celebrating the hard work and heritage of the Hispanic and Mexican people who played a critical role in our region’s sugar beet industry.
