The Lincoln Center Art Gallery Joins the Month of Printmaking

The Lincoln Center Art Gallery will participate in Colorado’s Month of Printmaking (Mo’Print), March 6–April 24, 2026, by presenting Under Pressure: 2026 National Printmaking Exhibition, a nationally juried exhibition of artworks consisting of any printmaking media. Our Guest Juror, Johnny Plastini, has selected 41 artworks for this exhibition. During our upcoming opening reception on Saturday, March 7, 4:00–6:00 p.m., Johnny will evaluate the artwork displayed in the gallery for its complexity, style, creativity, and execution to decide the top 3 artwork that will be awarded cash prizes. The award winners will be announced at 5:00 p.m.

Johnny Plastini received his BA in interdisciplinary studio art from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and received his MFA in printmaking from the Tyler School of Art and Architecture at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He currently is an Associate Professor and Area Coordinator of Printmaking at Colorado State University (CSU), Fort Collins, as well as Co-Director of the Center for Artist Books and Inclusive Narratives at CSU. Professor Plastini has presented workshops on printmaking, papermaking, and book arts processes and exhibited his works extensively at various museums, conferences, non-profit spaces, art fairs, and galleries, both nationally and internationally.

MO’Print is a state-wide celebration of the art of making original prints to inspire, educate, and promote awareness through a variety of public events and exhibitions in the Denver metropolitan area, the Front Range region, and throughout Colorado. Its goal is to generate a critical mass of printmaking events.

The Lincoln Center Art Gallery is free and open to the public Wednesdays and Fridays, 1:00–6:00 p.m. and prior to most performances.
