The Housing & Community Vitality Department is holding a public hearing for a Substantial Amendment to the Program Year 24 (PY24) Annual Action Plan and the upcoming Program Year 26 (PY26) Annual Action Plan.
The Annual Action Plan (AAP) is a document required by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that identifies actions proposed for the coming year that will use HUD’s Community Development Block Grant & HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds.
Specifics of the changes and projects that have applied for PY26 funds will be covered in the Public Hearing.
The PY24 AAP Substantial Amendment will be available for public review March 1 – April 1, 2026. Request a copy of the full document by emailing housing@fortcollins.gov
