"Maganda"—meaning "beautiful" in Tagalog, was spoken to as a reminder that beauty exists even when you don't see it. I incorporate found, discarded objects in my work, contrasting them with organic forms and materials. Combining these elements, I create works thatt balance the raw and the refined, the familiar and the strange. My process explores the tension between perfection and imperfection, inviting us to reexamine what we consider beautiful. Inspired by "Maganda," I build worlds where simplicity and quietness hold power, where the smallest details invite pause, and where the act of simply existing is enough.
