The project is approximately 15.75 acres and includes one residential building with approximately 270 dwelling units, along with associated parking, sidewalks, utilities, grading, landscaping, and pool and courtyard amenity spaces.
Vehicular access would be provided from private drives connecting to South College Avenue and West Drake Road, with a 10-foot pedestrian promenade proposed along the west side of the site for connectivity to the nearby MAX station.
The property is within the General Commercial (C-G) zone district and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) zoning overlay and is subject to Administrative (Type 1) Review.
