This program will involve a leisurely walk around Riverbend Ponds, and maybe also Cattail Chorus and/or Cottonwood Hollow Ponds, depending on bird activity. Participants will learn that identifying birds involves more than determining their physical appearance, that it also includes recognizing behaviors, microhabitat, flight patterns, vocalization, and other individual characteristics.
Meet at the large parking lot off of Prospect Road.
