Proposing the grazing of hogs to manage invasive weeds on a Rigden Farm Subdivision HOA open space parcel. The site is in the Low Density Mixed Use (LMN) Zone District. Livestock/ farm animals is not a permitted use in the LMN district. This project requires an addition of permitted use, which requires two neighborhood meetings before a public hearing to approve it. This proposal will require a review and public hearing by the Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z). The proposed land use will require a review and public hearing by City Council. Residents who receive this letter would also receive a letter for the P&Z hearing.
