Join us for a Neighborhood Meeting to review a proposed amendment to the Prospect Ridge Overall Development Plan.
The amendment of the Overall Development Plan proposes the addition of residential uses within the Industrial zone district south of Fox Grove and west of Kitchell Estates.
The project would act as a template for future development applications to be considered against and would not allow for construction or building permit for any of the concepts depicted.
The area is zoned General Commercial (CG), Industrial (I) and Urban Estate (UE) Zone Districts.
This proposal will require two neighborhood meetings and review and public hearing by the Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z).
