This project requests to develop Prospect Ridge – Lot 2 with two 1-story commercial buildings for a drive-thru, restaurant, and retail. Primary access would be from a shared entrance on Prospect Ridge Dr, with a secondary western access for emergency vehicles and deliveries. A related request to develop Prospect Ridge – Lots 5 & 6 with seven commercial buildings for future users, anticipated to include restaurants, retail, and drive-thru. Primary access would be from Carriage Parkway.
