Proposal to change an existing duplex to two non-primary short-term rental units. The site is in the Low Density Mixed Use (LMN) Zone District. Non-primary short-term rentals are not a permitted use in this district.

This is a request for an Addition of Permitted Use review. This review of an Addition of Permitted Use requires two neighborhood meetings prior to a public hearing for a decision on the proposal.

This proposal will require a review and public hearing by the Planning & Zoning Commission (P and Z).The proposed land use will require a review and public hearing by City Council. City Council will be the decision maker on this proposal. Residents who receive this letter would also receive a letter for the P and Z hearing.
