Neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposal for the grazing of hogs to manage invasive weeds on HOA open space property within the Rigden Farm Subdivision. The site is in the Low Density Mixed Use (LMN) Zone District. Livestock/ farm animals is not a permitted use in the LMN district. This project requires an addition of permitted use, which requires two neighborhood meetings before a public hearing to approve it. This proposal will require a review and public hearing by the Planning and Zoning Commission (P and Z). The proposed land use will require a review and public hearing by City Council. Residents who receive this letter would also receive a letter for the P and Z hearing.
