Proposed Zoning: Employment (E) District, including rezoning of one existing parcel from the Community Commercial, Poudre River (CCR) District. Construction of 12,000 square foot, one-story building for use as wholesale distribution.

This proposal will require a review and public hearing by the Planning and Zoning Commission; the proposed annexation and zoning require review and public hearing by City Council. Residents who receive this letter would also receive a letter for Planning and Zoning Commission  & Council hearings.
