Shire Farm Townhomes

This project is proposing to plat and develop four individually-owned dwellings (two 2-unit buildings) on the property. Access to the four townhomes is proposed to be taken off Ukiah Lane. The project includes two modification requests for a reduced minimum area for single unit attached homes, and for garages that are visible from the street.
