Youth Golf Scholarship Fund applications are available now! All junior golfers are encouraged to apply. Applications must be submitted by March 31 and will be awarded in April.

Fort Collins Golf is proud to help grow the game through a variety of programs designed for young golfers of all skill levels. From group lessons and summer camps to competitive leagues, there’s something for every junior looking to learn, play and have fun on the course.

Junior Golf Annual Pass

Per-play fees are waived for Annual Junior Pass holders. The Junior Pass also includes six Junior Guest Passes, which may be offered to any junior golfer who joins the Junior Pass holder for a round of golf. The pass may be used during non-prime time only. Purchase at any Pro Shop.

Youth Golf Scholarship Fund

The City of Fort Collins Youth Golf Scholarship Fund, generously supported by Pedersen Toyota, is an initiative designed to generate enthusiasm, increase access and promote participation in the game of golf among junior golfers (ages 5-17) in the local community.

Youth Golf Scholarships are available to junior golfers on an annual basis. Preference will be given to residents of Fort Collins and neighboring communities. A link to the application will be posted when applications open for the upcoming season.

How to Make a Donation

Any season, any amount – your gift makes a difference! 100% of your tax-deductible gift goes toward scholarships for local junior golfers.

  • Via credit card: Credit card donations may be made online. Note: Please select “Youth Golf Scholarship Fund” from the Gift Designation drop-down. 
  • Via check: Checks can be made payable to City Give, 215 N. Mason St., Fort Collins, CO 80524. Note: Please indicate “Youth Golf Scholarship Fund” in the memo.

Youth on Course

City of Fort Collins Golf Courses participate in the Youth on Course Program, allowing members to golf for $5 or less. The program's focus is to increase the accessibility and affordability of golf. For more information, please contact the Pro Shops.

5th Graders Golf Free (June 1-August 31)

Each summer, City Park Nine, Collindale, and Southridge offer free green fees for kids completing 5th grade. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult who is actively playing a round of golf with them.

Offer active annually from June 1-Aug. 31 during non-prime time hours.

Lessons and Golf Camps

Junior golf lessons and camps are designed to introduce and promote the game of golf to junior golfers of all abilities. Our goal is to provide a fun and enjoyable learning environment that will stimulate interest in the game. Lessons are available at all three City of Fort Collins golf courses.

Junior Leagues

All courses participate in the PGA Jr. League and/or the LPGA Jr. League. Southridge also specializes in the Girls Golf program. Registration dates, league dates, and costs vary. Call your preferred course for more information.
