The City of Fort Collins publishes public notice of gatherings of three or more City Council members, as well as ordinances under consideration by City Council. Community members can review proposed ordinances and provide public comment during first or second readings.

Ordinances Scheduled for Consideration

Pursuant to Article II Section 7 of the Fort Collins Charter, City Council publishes ordinances under consideration on this page at least seven days before final passage and within seven days after final passage. Community members may make public comment on an ordinance at either the first or second reading. The ordinances will remain posted until at least seven days after the second reading.
